We accept personal checks, cashier's checks, and money orders. The DVD or VHS video are each $22.00 plus $4.00 for shipping and handling for a total cost of $26.00. This completed form will send an e-mail to Billy and Bobbye Keyes who will contact you via telephone to verify your order. The DVD or VHS video will be mailed to you immediately after confirmation of your order.
